Plus, Contiki trips are ideal for single travelers, as nearly half of the company's customers travel solo. Contiki will set single travelers up with a roommate of the same gender at no extra cost.

China tours are classified according to the quality and location of hotels and restaurants and the number of included meals and activities. For tours that include a Yangtze River cruise, the attributes of the vessel and its accommodations are also considered. Contiki vacations are categorized as budget on the industry rating scale (budget, first class and deluxe).
